During this initiative, employees from functional departments such as administration, marketing, and procurement temporarily left their daily work and went deep into standardized production workshops and warehouses to learn about the entire production process through immersive experience:  

• In the raw material inspection area, they followed workshop technicians to understand basic raw material screening processes such as X-ray machine testing, observed the presentation of basic test data of core ingredients such as Vitamin K2 (fermentation method) and Pyrroloquinoline Quinone Disodium Salt (PQQ) up close, and gradually comprehended the underlying significance of "controllable source" for product safety through the technicians' interpretation of test indicators.  
• In the production and packaging area, they participated in the standardized packaging operations of products such as Phosphatidylserine (PS) and Hyaluronic Acid (HA). From material sorting, specification verification to sealed packaging, they followed production standards throughout the process, intuitively experiencing how high-quality raw materials transformed by "synthetic biology technology" safeguard the "last line of quality" through rigorous packaging processes.  

Throughout the participation and learning of functional staff, technicians in workshops, warehouses, and laboratories all carried out their work in accordance with the standards of the "ISO9001 Quality Management System" and "HACCP Food Safety System".
